The Burtch Team is the reason we have a house! Jessica and Jason are amazing! Jessica did not give up...even when we would dip our toes in the market over the last couple years and for one reason or another stop looking, she would still take our calls (lol) and help find and show houses. Jessica also did not stop fighting for us even when the lender (multiple times) didn't know how to get us in the house. She was the one that came up with the solutions. They both are gifted problem solvers and my wife and I completely trust them to not just "get the deal" but find what worked for our family. I cannot recommend them more! They are truly AMAZING!!!

Jayson and his team have gone above what was asked. Handled a long distance purchase for me, guiding me through the whole process an handle everything in person for me as I was not local for the closing, walk throughs etc. His team also helped guide me to the correct people for escrow an insurance, also always followed through immediately when info was requested. Jayson and his team also secured the house after closing for hurricane Idella that just past by early September. Could not have asked for a better Realtor!
