Jane did an awesome job start to finish. Having bought a home before, we thought we knew everything we needed, but during the buyer consultation, we learned even more. If there were houses we wanted to view and Jane wasn't available in a time that worked with our schedule, her team (specifically Erica) did a great job stepping in and assisting with showings. Jane was aware of our needs and wants and ended up pushing us to view the home we ultimately purchased! I can honestly say that we would not have gotten the home without Jane's knowledge in preparing a strong offer and getting ahead of things to negotiate. I cannot recommend working with Jane enough, the process was smooth and we ended up in a home that is prefect for us!

I can not speak highly enough of Jane and Julie for being absolutely amazing. When I contacted Jane, to sell a house in Springfield, she said no worries (I live out of state) we will take care of it here and you do not need to worry about the house. That is exactly what she and Julie did. Thecommunication and explanations were perfect. If you are ever going to need a realtor, call Jane. It will be the best phone call you ever make and the least stressful real estate process that you will experience.

Jane took the time to understand what we were looking for in our new house and taught us a lot about the current housing market. Though it took some time, with her help we found our perfect new home. She also helped us prepare our old house for the market by both suggesting what needed to be addressed and staging it with furniture, etc. for showing. It sold within a couple of days after a full schedule of back-to-back showings. Though we aren't planning on moving/selling again, if we were, Jane would be the first agent we would contact.

The Jane Hay Sales & Staging Team were a class act throughout the entire process of buying our new home and selling our former. We began “hunting” in arguably the most challenging real estate market in recent history but from the moment of our initial consultation we felt comfortable with the team’s experience which clearly showed itself throughout the process. Determining the sale price (former) and the purchase price (new) was a challenge to say the least, but in the end, we felt both were fair – all things considered. We will admit, however, that once Jane’s team staged our former home, we weren’t too sure we wanted to leave it because it looked great.There were a few occasions with unexpected challenges (most related to buying) and Jane’s team stepped up in unorthodox ways to get us through the stress. We were lucky enough to receive several offers and fairly evaluating each of them required insight into the pitfalls of specific intricacies. In the end we chose an offer that wasn’t the highest but rather one that we felt would fit the home and neighborhood best. Jane completely supported the decision and encouraged us to follow our hearts, even though we all knew it was not the best decision from a financial perspective.All-in-all it was a great experience working with Jane’s team. They covered all bases from consultation to marketing to convenient showings, to a smooth closing. Do yourself a favor and go with the Jane Hay Sales & Staging Team.

Jane and her team are amazing! From initially reaching out to her to discuss the market for our house, it was an easy decision to list with Jane. And she delivered and more! She guided us on each step of the way with integrity, honesty, and deep knowledge of the market and a network of experts (electrical, structural, etc.). Jane and her team made some pretty aggressive promises when we met regarding staging and selling my home. It was my fourth home sale, and I was a little skeptical. I am genuinely amazed at the work Jane and her team did to prepare my house for sale. They worked with me every step of the way and far achieved my expectations. You have to care about your client to put that type of effort into a project like this. I cannot be more grateful for the work they did to sell my house quickly and for a great price.
