Hands down the best agent I have worked with in 15 years of real estate deals! I have done 10+ agent assisted house purchases and sales for both personal use and investing and Fermin was and is the most engaged, responsive agent I have used. He engaged with us remotely before our big news and was very understanding of what we were looking for, even before we understood it fully ourselves. When it looked like our deal might go off track, he got it back on so we could close on time. Even after our purchase, he provided local resources for repairs, provided feedback on our house work; he even played with our kids when we had to bring them to showings. If he had a conflict with his schedule he often sent a member of his awesome team and we could tell he briefed them ahead of time on who we were. Do not hesitate to use him for your deals!

Fermin has been my agent for multiple transactions. Always super responsive and had my best interests as the focus of all he does. There were several times that he could have pushed me into a transaction that was the wrong transaction for me. Each time he ensured he gave me the advice that was focused on my success and my families happiness rather than his bottom line. Fermin is a great and professional realtor! It is our first time to buy a house in United State and it’s quite difficult for us as as we just moved here.
