Elise and Mia did a wonderful job, they made everything so easy for me. And the house sold quickly and looked beautiful. Elise helped me get through the hurdles after the inspection and always reminded me that they were there to take care of everything. Viewing’s went smoothly with the app so the house could sell itself. I definitely will be advising anyone I know who is selling that Elise is the person to use. POLLI PROPERTIES DELIVERED! I first met Elise about 2 years ago when we were thinking about selling our home. I have worked in real estate development for over 10 years in Vermont and was impressed by her demeanor and knowledge of the local market. Although we decided not to sell at the time, she stood out from all the other agents we interviewed. In a friendly, fun and non-agressive way, she kept in contact with us and when we decided to sell this spring, she was our only call. Since we were already in the process of building a new home, a business sale and two graduations, we relied on Elise for pricing, strategy and showing our home. If we were hiring her, we wanted to use her advice. Every step of the pre-listing process was clear, completed on time and of excellent quality. Mia, her office manager did an amazing job at getting all the information needed and coordinating the entire process. The photos of our home were beautiful and the staging was great (since much of our belongings were already shipped to our new home). Less than 48 hours of the house listing going live, we had a dream offer-despite the fact that sales have stalled a bit and prices were coming down. I completely attribute this to the house being priced right and marketed extremely well. This was definitely due to Elise! I cannot say enough about her professionalism and calming influence during the sales process. We are planning to buy a smaller home in Vermont in a few years and Elise will be our only call. Do yourself a favor and call Elise if you have property to sell or need real estate advice in Chittenden County.
