His deep knowledge of the Syracuse area helped us evaluate neighborhoods, weigh many factors, and find the right home for our family. Ed gets the job done! We had put in multiple bids on houses prior to having him as our realtor which left us feeling defeated and feeling like we will never get the house we wanted in our area. After finding a house within 15 minutes of it being posted, I reached out to him and had a walk through the next day. Ed was able to give us clear, direct instructions on how to make our bid be more appealing to the seller. He was also able give us updates with the sale of the house and was very patient with the whole process. If you are looking to buy a house, please go with Ed! You will not be disappointed!!

Ed made sure we got top dollar for our home. Ed explained the process of selling our home and gave excellent advice throughout the process. He drafted the listing to highlight the aspects of our home and neighborhood that matter to people looking for their next home.Ed also recommended improvements to the landscaping and how to stage our furniture and belongings so that home buyers could imagine themselves in our home. And our home looked great in the photos that his wife took for the listing! He said we would get our money back on the improvements, and we did. The handyman and cleaners that he recommended did great work at a fair price.Ed held open houses until we accepted an offer, which was within the tight time frame we were hoping for. He knows the market well and explained the pros and cons of each offer until we found the right terms.Throughout the closing process, Ed kept us informed and let us know when we needed to followup on certain items to keep closing on track.Going above and beyond, Ed even shoveled the walk, so the home inspector could access the home after a particularly heavy Syracuse snowfall.We will always be grateful for Ed's advice and dedication.

ED GLASSBERG cannot be beat!!! I recommend him for his Professionalism, Knowledge of the art of real estate, of the local market conditions, and for the care he delivers for his clients. He knows what it takes to prepare a house for sale, and understands the mind of prospective buyers like none other.Thirteen years ago, I purchased this house in Outer Comstock after scouring the area for the right home, which I ultimately bought. Ed had showed me one of the other potential houses I looked at then, and although it was not the one I ultimately purchased at that time, I told myself that if I ever needed the best realtor out there, I was going to seek him out first, and even entered his name in my phone list at that time! FAST FORWARD, to late June, 2025, when I made the decision to sell, and on fairly short notice. Within 3 weeks of my first call to him, I had a signed contract in hand, with a good offer, and well above the asking price. In those first two weeks he guided me through what was needed to prep the house for the best possible sale, guided me with how to set the best sale price (later in the usual selling season), and nailed the best offer on the opening weekend. Ed sells more houses than anyone in the area, knows the market, and knows how to sell a house. He is a man of integrity and manages the apprehensions of the anxious seller with great tact. Without reservation I would go to him again.
