I had my property listed with another realtor for 6 MONTHS. I had a few low ball offers that did not pan out. I decided to go with another Realtor because, well, it was just a feeling I had, that I needed different “energy”. Drue had been my cousin’s realtor, and she recommended him. On the very first day of listing with Drue, I had three offers OVER ASKING PRICE. The house sold quickly. A great thing about Drue is that he is well connected. Because I now live out of state, he was able to coordinate lawn care, termite inspection, etc. The costs all came out at closing, very seamlessly. He also took great pictures of the house for the listing.Drue is personable, easy to like and feel comfortable with, and has great energy! That’s what sold the house!

I will always recommend Drue Smith! Once he officially put it on the market, our house was sold before he even had a chance to put a sign in our yard due to his great work on our behalf behind the scenes. Drue is as professional as they come. He was very attentive to our desire to sell our home. He took extra steps to make sure every detail of our home was market ready and at its best potential. He was also very patient with us, as selling a home can bring on a mixed bag of emotions. Once we listed with Drue, it only took him 2 days to bring in multiple offers, even above asking price. I couldn't recommend Drue any more highly than I do. He definitely will not disappoint!

I have used drue for all of my houses! He is very knowledgable and very wiling to do what he needs to make something happen. If you want to look at a house he normally is able to go within the next hour if really needed. If you have questions he will have the answer in a matter of minutes. He doesn't put off work to the next day or make you wait because it might not be the best timing! He knows how to do what is best and easiest for the customer and that is what sets him apart from the rest.
