Todd is one of the best agents out there. He's very knowledgeable, honest, and prompt with responses. He pays close attention to detail and makes sure everything is looked at and completed as soon as possible. He was even available and worked with us while he was on vacation or out of town. All his recommendations and takes on properties were right on. I look forward to working with him again and I would highly recommend him.

I contacted Todd Nelson at Old Colony Realtors to help with selling a house. Todd came to the house and gave me suggestions for improvements to update certain areas. Following his advice, we listed the house and closed one month later. Todd was very good at advertising the house and anytime I would call him with questions, we always made time for me or would call me back very quickly. He is very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend Todd for any real estate need you have.

Todd and Tara Nelson did an excellent job with the sale of our house. Their expertise in the value of our home in the area’s market helped sell it quickly. They were involved in finding painters to spruce up the walls, securing the property during inclement weather, and all aspects of the closing. They are kind, responsive, and professional.

Todd is the best realtor you can get. Not only did he find us the perfect home (and then help us sell it), but continues to help us above and beyond his call of duty. There has never been an unanswered call or text, he’s prompt and will get whatever you need done. Moving is stressful enough, especially when it’s someplace new. He helped us find exterminators, electricians, lawn service and even someone to help us hang up the Christmas lights. If we didn’t know something, we just called Todd. He always checks in to see if there is anything we need. He’s a great, genuine person that has become a lifelong friend. I would use him for every move if I could! He is in the know!

Todd is THE best realtor I have ever worked with! I bought a home in Barboursville and because the seller had a reverse mortgage on the property, a lot of extra work was required in order to get the closing. He did everything above and beyond what was necessary and we likely would not have closed when we did if it weren’t for him. I highly recommend!

I dealt with Mr. Nelson in April of 2021 and i believe my house was under contracts within five days. He was punctual and always returned my texts in a timely manner. i moved to Florida and Mr. Nelson made all the necessary phone calls to plumbers and other companies that were needed to complete the home inspection. All paperwork signage was done through my smartphone and the system was flawless. i highly recommend Mr. Nelson for your real estate needs. He gets it done
