Lora was very helpful, knowledgeable, and timely. She is a very kind person and easy person to work with. She communicated with us well and was easy to get a hold of. Lora responded quickly. She was very flexible with our last-minute schedule to see homes (we live out of state and had to drive in to see the homes). She would go to homes and do a video-walk thru for us before making the decision to travel to see them in person. She had paperwork and information quickly available on anything we wanted to know more about (utilities, disclosures, lender info, etc). She is professional and a very kind and compassionate person. I would most certainly work with her again!

Lora made a very stressful and hard situation of moving my mom out of her home to live with us a little more manageable. She came in walked the house, suggested a value and told us what to fix or change. We followed her suggestions and the house sold in less then 24 hours.

Lora is a great realtor! She was the first realtor I talked to who saw the same value in my home that I did and was able to sell it for that price. She is kind, easy to reach, and very knowledgeable! I will definitely be using her services if/when I need to buy or sell in the area again!

Lora, did a great job, my mom’s property wasn’t worth much, but she still treated us with the upmost respect, and always answered all my questions promptly, very responsive to messages , and provided me with documents that I needed months later after the sale was complete, I appreciate her so much ??

Lora was amazing she was kind and caring. She helped my wife and I navigate buying our first home, locating, negotiating, as well as just being knowledgeable in every way during the process. Lora even helped with our kids while we’re viewing the inside of a home, she brought them treats as well! I would recommend her to anyone who was looking to buy a home in the area.

Lora was wonderful to work with. She helped us with all aspects of selling our home. The photos she took of our house were perfect, she helped us negotiate effectively, and assisted us when we needed to get minor repairs done before selling. We highly recommend her!

Lora Vance is the best realtor I have worked with in 20 plus years of military service which requires looking for a place to rent or own every 2 to 3 years. She is a hard working and dedicated professional. It would be a mistake not to choose her for your search of a new home or selling a home.
