We were out of town buyers in August 2020, and, by a fluke, we found Deborah on the Zillow platform. Over the course of 2 years, Deborah helped us by two houses and sold one. Our final closing was June 15, 2022. She is quite knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. I highly recommend her.

We looked at an agent before we went with Deborah and he want to put our house up for sale at $50,000 less than what we thought it was worth. When we told him that he opted not to work with us. With Deborah she listened to our views, worked with us every step of the way, agreed we should be able to get our price and actually deliver a final number that was above our price. She kept us informed and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend her!

1st off if you want to find a home in any market it is going to be rough especially if you don't have an agent...in my situation I actually had another agent who I was suppose to work with that wasn't able to..I was referred by a friend to Deb Blom. I wish I would have had her at the beginning. Deb is great at communicating, scheduling and working around your schedule.. To be honest she goes out of her way to help you to find what you are looking for..If you want someone that will listen to what it is you are looking for in a home and is working for you almost non-stop then Deb Blom should be your 1st and only choice. I'm sure others out there are good, but she is the best, period!

Deb was amazing to work with. She is friendly and knowledgeable and spent a generous amount of time going over our needs and wants, so that she could be efficient. We weren’t sure what to expect during Covid with such low inventory and high demand. She set accurate and honest expectations, and advised us along the way about how to be smart in a heavy seller’s market. She was always available on short notice which was extremely helpful in dealing with such a time sensitive market. When we found the one, she helped us get our very first offer accepted! We honestly expected this process to be so much more arduous and stressful, but she was on top of it from day one and now we have a home we’re in love with! 10/10 would recommend.
