From beginning of the process to the end there was constant communication and updates. Even when id message after hours expecting a response in a day or two I got one the same evening. Best part is she learns what you like and what you're looking for in a home and will tailor the experience or suggestions to fit your vision. My wife and I have been satisfied with the service for the 2nd time now. Highly reccomend.

My sisters and I were tasked with getting the home that we grew up in sold. My brother inlaw referred me to Darla and Kyle. From the initial meeting all of the way though the process of selling our cherrished childhood home, we were sure we had chosen the right realtors for the job. They instilled confidence, were professional, considerate of our situation, and personable. Most of all, they found the perfect buyers for our home.

A big shout out to Darla and Kyle Cravens--The best realtor team in the Tricities!!! From start to finish, they were always available to help us out and answer our questions. There were no delays and the entire process was smooth and effortless. They are both very knowledgeable, personable and actively worked to sell the house. They held multiple open houses and showings, followed by an immediate message/phone call with the feedback from the showings. We were kept in the loop through the entire process and answers to questions from our side were prompt. We were out of town during the process and they graciously made arrangements to take care of all the inspection concerns. The closing went through without a hitch. We couldn't have asked for better agents and would recommend them to anyone considering a home sale.

Darla & Kyle were amazing to work with. They sold our house for more than we asked for in 2 days! They gave us great feedback on getting it ready for market and what to expect along the way. When we needed to find a new house in a hurry they were very available and worked urgently to help us find one that we loved. They were very communication driven and made the whole processes much less stressful.
