Nothing but good things to say about Chris and his team. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I had a lot of questions and concerns that Chris was able to help us with throughout the process. We began our search in the summer of 2022, but after a few months decided to take a step back and wait another year or two. Finally, in 2024 our search began again and Chris was just as responsive and helpful as the first time around. He was always available to take us to showings and to answer questions.In addition to being knowledgeable with the Denver market, Chris was also able to point out potential areas of concern with each of the homes we looked at. This in particular was invaluable when we ultimately decided to make an offer on our now first home.Chris really made us feel like he was there to find us the right home, not just to make a sale. In the future (hopefully far from now) when my wife and I are ready for our next home - Chris will surely be our first call.
