Selling our house while living out of state could have been really stressful, but Chris and his team made the process so much easier for us. They went above and beyond the entire time — handling small maintenance issues, checking on the house when needed, and even rushing over when we thought there might be a leak. That kind of care and responsiveness meant a lot to us.Communication was always great too. We got weekly updates on showings, leads, and strategy, and we always felt informed and supported throughout the process. Working with Chris has been so rewarding. From our first interaction, Chris was very personable and listened to our needs entirely. From being on the fence about selling, to being ready to dive-in sooner than planned, he went through every step with ease and patience and offered thoughtful guidance. I initially contacted him because he had gotten my neighbors a great deal as their selling agent, and I was impressed with his presence on social media (great listing photos, consistent content, a personal brand/voice - things I look for when researching a brand, service or professional) and when we met in person, he exceeded all expectations. The materials he came prepared with; nearby comps, potential profit based on three listing prices, and sample marketing materials showed how seriously he took each opportunity and was ready to work. I think the prepared comps and seller profits were what drove us to sell faster with confidence. It’s hard for someone who hasn’t seen your home to give you a suggested price; but he walked through and used his knowledge of the market, recent sales nearby, and the upgrades we put into our home to make a realistic suggestion. He was also extremely honest about the market, time of year, and comps, which we appreciated. We were simultaneously moving across country, and Chris spoke with some realtors in South Carolina to find us one that would be a great fit, and worked with them on negotiating some buyer discounts, too, even though it wasn’t putting any money in his pocket. He also kept a close eye on listings nearby, toured properties, and filled me in on market changes. We were in sync from the very beginning and I trust him completely! As we prepared to sell, we decided it would be best to wait to move our and then stage the house, so I wasn’t packing while keeping the house showing-ready. He partnered with Avis Home Staging and wow - I wanted to move back in! I loved our home before, but the expert styling could make anyone feel like *i see myself living here.* Chris kept us completely in-the-know while we had already moved, had the home ready for open house and had plenty of interest beforehand - so much so, that we had buyers make an offer we hadn’t imagined possible before having the open house. Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough - but we are so thankful for Chris! What would normally be so stressful was actually fun and exciting. ABSOLUTE HOME RUN working with Chris and MDG RE team (Montana is the best!) and I will recommend him to anyone in the PNW time after time!

Chris was absolutely excellent to work with! He's extremely personable, professional and really connects with his clients. I appreciated so much his responding to phone calls and texts and if he was on the other line, he texted to let me know he would be back to me asap. Hi photographer did an unreal job showcasing our house not only in daylight, but also at twilight so buyers were able to visualize a more complete picture of the house with the photos and amazing videos and drone footage. His stager was fabulous too, she really knew what our house needed to really showcase the upgrades. It all worked, we had offers and sold in less than 3 days! Chris was 5 star in every way and recommend him so highly, we're using him again to sell a family member's home in June!
