I don't know about you but when I was deciding on an agent to go with, I wanted someone that was flexible, agile and responsive. My wife and I got those services and beyond with Chloe. The market was extremely tough and we ended up viewing 15+ houses and putting in 10+ offers. It was an arduous process but Chloe always brought positive energy to the table. Chloe was always available to assist us, at all hours of the day. We were able to view houses same day. She provided advice but wasn't pushing one house over another. I'm a control freak and even I felt extremely comfortable throughout the process. We can't thank her enough or put into words how much we would recommend her.

We had an uphill battle pretty much from the start looking and looking made offers and got rejected even though we offered asking price. We finally got offer accepted And the sellers agent and owners were horrible folks but we got the house a month after original closing date none of the issues was with Chloe. Chloe Dixon is good at her job and has your best interest in mind we worked together trying to find a house for about 5 months

Chloe is a great person to work with and an awesome agent! She worked incredibly hard to find what I was looking for and always had my interests in mind when negotiating throughout the process. She went above and beyond on several occasions to help me with extra requests and was always quick to respond. Additionally, she is very knowledgeable of the area and knew just where to find what I was looking for! I highly recommend Chloe for anyone looking to buy homes in the area, you won't find greater service anywhere!

Chloe is on it ! If you are looking for a realtor that is organized , self motivated , and has your best interest out then look no further . She is also a master negotiator when trying to get you the best deal possible. Availability is one of her major strengths as well . She always answers my phone calls or texts in a timely manner and never made me feel bad about the questions I asked .

Selling a home is stressful. Selling a home with your ex is slightly more stressful. Chloe stepped right up to the challenge of facilitator and made this process so much easier. I was grateful for her honesty and her knowledgable assessment of the market. She never led me to false hope and she gave action to her words. I also live in a different time zone but Chloe was there to answer all of my half-crazed silly questions. Thank you, Chloe!
