Honestly couldn't be happier. During my house hunting trip, Josh blocked off several days just for me to make sure we were able to see all of the property's I was interested in. He gave me local insights about each neighborhood, made some really great suggestions about possible modifications for my specific home requirements, and even walked me through one property's requirement to move from a septic system to the public sewer system. Josh was with me throughout the process and always answered my many questions in a very timely fashion. Not only is Josh great, but so is the entire team at Sasquatch Real Estate. They couldn't have been more attentive, pro-active, or knowledgeable. If I ever have any other real estate needs, I will, no question, be going through Josh and Sasquatch.
