Chelsea and Jeff were exceptional throughout the sale of my home. Chelsea did an outstanding job helping us sell our mother’s home. She’s very knowledgeable of the area very confident very easy to work with. She kept the family in the loop throughout the whole process, even though only one of us still lived in California. We had an open house Saturday and Sunday, accepted full asking price offer on Monday. Couldn’t be happier.

Chelsea and her team helped us sell our home and purchase a new home, and we highly recommend her. It was nice to have such an expert in our corner giving us advice and assistance during every step of the process. We met with Chelsea before listing our house and she helped us develop a plan to sell our house in Fullerton, including a timeline and specific plan of all things to do to get ready for listing. Chelsea also has a list of professionals she recommends to help with the many steps involved in the process. From painting, flooring and staging, to junk removal and window cleaning, we found all the people she recommended to be very responsive and very professional. What is most important impressive about Chelsea and her team is their character. They listen carefully to you and are very responsive. They take the time to understand the needs and wishes of their clients and come up with creative solutions. They have integrity, are genuine and very easy to work with through all the ebbs and flows of selling and buying a house.
