Carol minimized this in every way possible. Carol was timely with phone calls and emails and always made us feel like we were her only client. Secondly, she knew what she was talking about! She came prepared every time with accurate comparables and spoke from experience with relevant data including matters associated to land, structure and finances. I called Carol when I finally decided I wanted to sell my home and I am glad I did. Working with Carol was easy, she is great at communicating the process and she was very responsive whenever we had questions. This put myself and my husband at ease regarding the process and quickly we had offers on our property. She is honest, fair, connected, and someone who can be trusted. We enjoyed working with Carol Klein. We were purchasing a home in the Buffalo, NY area while living in Florida. Carol was very helpful using Zoom to show us the home. She also arranged for the inspection and was with the inspector at time of the inspection. We were able to talk to the inspector via Zoom when he completed his inspection.Overall, this purchase went well despite our not being able to actually see the property. Carol was helpful throughout the process maintaining contact with the seller's agent.
