I’ve used Brian twice now. First it was to sell an investment property. His vast knowledge of the rental property realm was unmatched. A rental that I had no confidence in had 40 showings in three days. I credit the photography and unique write up Brian and his team provided in the listing-those two things are what brought people in the door to view the place. I got well over asking and the house was sold in less than a week. We recently used Brian to purchase a single family forever home. As soon as my fiancé and I saw the house, we knew it was something we wanted. With how competitive the buying market has been recently (summer/fall of 2022) it was immediately discouraging knowing we were competing with over 15 other offers.
