Brian and his team were great. They made everything very easy. On the seeking side, They spent the time marketing our home and found a buyer quickly. We ended up getting much more than asking price. On buying side, they listened to our requirements and “wish list” and were able to find us our dream home. Overall, they made what is usually a very stressful transaction, surprisingly easy. I can’t recommend them enough. They are the best. Oh, I forgot to mention, super low commission rates.

The man was insulting my home andproperty . Arrogant,rude,andObnoxious.I told him I needed new flooring,and he offered to do it all,andtake it off selling price. I declined,and he got obnoxious I don't know how heis in business. I would never recommend him! He did not want toput photos of my home's interioron the net. I told him my house willnot sell if you hide photos,all becauseIt needed new flooring. I told himI wouldn't sign contract with himunless he puts the photos on the net! He said ,Cancel the deal,and I wasHAPPY HE DID. TERRIBLE EXP. I DON'T RECOMMEND!

Brian is the right agent for the job. He is as professional as it gets. He has been honest through the whole process and helped us understand anything we needed to know about. As first time home sellers we had a lot of questions at times. He remained informative, and our house sold for what he thought it would above the original list price. Our house sold quickly, because Brian has the knowledge and understanding of what local people want in a home.

I called to inquire about a listing and the agent was argumentative and rude. I am the buyer and was interested in this agent representing me. I attempted to get further detail by asking questions regarding the property and it got worse. The agent took my information and told me she will get back to me. No one has called me since. Very rude and arrogant.
