Brian and his team were a perfect choice for the sale of our condo. Communication was great and expectations met. He has a tremendous knowledge of the area, market conditions and real estate in general. Where do I begin…I can’t say enough about the great heart, caring, knowledge, and moral character of Brian Alfi. Don’t bother trying to find a different agent-he is the best. Instead of being too busy like most realtors, he hires a team so there is always someone to help. The support I received while selling my home was outstanding. He is just such a good person! He is not like a lot of realtors who don’t care. He has a great business model in place to optimize sales. I never felt alone. Highly, highly recommend.

I worked with Team Alfi, mostly with Douglas Rummell, to buy my home in Burien. We probably saw over 30 houses between June and July 2022. Douglas understood my needs and I never felt pressured to make an offer on a house that didn't check all the boxes. Communication with the entire team was superb. We closed in three weeks time. Negotiations with the selling party were spot-on. Plus, the team's recommendations on my lender and contractors after I bought have been great.I definitely recommend Team Alfi for buying and selling in the Seattle area.

Purchasing a house in the current market can be incredibly daunting and stressful, especially as first-time home buyers, but Mike and Brian made the experience as easy and pain-free as possible from start to finish. Being new to the process, they helped us narrow down our preferences in a house by arranging a wide variety of showings, and educated us on home-buying steps and offer strategies. We learned so much just by working with them. Most importantly, Mike and Brian were very communicative with us, checking in regularly and keeping us apprised of pending offers. They were also very proactive with listing agents, frequently following up to ensure our interests were kept top of mind. As a result, they negotiated an amazing deal (we bought our house at list price). Mike and Brian did an incredible job in coaching us on our first home purchase, and we would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

Brian and his team (I worked with Leah & Kevin) are absolutely incredible! They are knowledgeable, responsive and go above and beyond for their clients. We were transitioning my parents out of our family home and during the process of getting ready to list, my mother passed away. Brian and his team were so kind, helpful, and made sure the process was as smooth as possible during a very emotional and stressful time. We leaned on them for guidance and gave them 100% trust and it paid off big time! We will continue to work with Brian and his team for all our real estate needs.

Brian and Maddy were an awesome team to work with for buying our first home. My fiance and I threw a lot of homes at all times of the day and they always made time for us to get in to see these homes.Communication was seamless and very efficient, we were even able to keep our home search going while we went on vacation.When it came down to actually writing offers, Brian and Maddy were extremely knowledgeable and strategic. They were able to work within our financial budget to make the most appealing offers we could without comprising security (i.e. without removing safety nets like inspection clauses).The entire process went relatively smoothly all we had to do was look at homes and drop our signatures, Maddy and Brian took care of the rest, I would highly recommend them going forward.
