We spent our careers as a Realtor team in the San Diego area and we made the decision to retire to Pacific Grove for retirement. I would 100% recommend Amber as a buyer's agent! She knows all the right people in Pacific Grove to make both the offer and post-offer processes go smoothly - for us that included working with the listing agent, a property manager, city permits, insurance, and finance. No matter what the issue was, I could ask Amber to help take care of it and I just never had to worry that things were going to work out even though we live a couple hours away. And plus, she is just a really nice person. Recommended!

Nine years ago, Amber Russell from Over the Moon Realty in Pacific Grove sold the house next door. Those owners praised her services by taking out a 1/2 page ad in our Carmel Pine Cone. When it was time to sell our home, Amber was our first and only choice. We had been receiving her monthly mailers keeping us abreast of the listings available in our specific neighborhood. Is there anything Amber can't do? I'm so incredibly thankful to have found Amber to assist with selling a home from halfway across the country. The homeowner had passed away and my team was responsible for liquidating the personal property and selling the home. The trouble was that I'm in the Midwest and the property was in CA, so I needed boots on the ground to secure the home, sell/dispose of the personal property and car, clean and sanitize the interior, address the overgrown yard, and more. And that's all BEFORE she even listed the property for sale! When the home finally hit the market, there were multiple qualified offers and she helped us to weigh each offer. Ultimately the home sold faster and for more money than we expected. The closing was smooth.Amber knows her stuff and she truly went above and beyond for us. She's a pleasure to work with - always responsive, professional, and kind. She has a wide network of trusted professionals.
