Nine years ago, Amber Russell from Over the Moon Realty in Pacific Grove sold the house next door. Those owners praised her services by taking out a 1/2 page ad in our Carmel Pine Cone. When it was time to sell our home, Amber was our first and only choice. We had been receiving her monthly mailers keeping us abreast of the listings available in our specific neighborhood. Is there anything Amber can't do? I'm so incredibly thankful to have found Amber to assist with selling a home from halfway across the country. The homeowner had passed away and my team was responsible for liquidating the personal property and selling the home. The trouble was that I'm in the Midwest and the property was in CA, so I needed boots on the ground to secure the home, sell/dispose of the personal property and car, clean and sanitize the interior, address the overgrown yard, and more. And that's all BEFORE she even listed the property for sale! When the home finally hit the market, there were multiple qualified offers and she helped us to weigh each offer. Ultimately the home sold faster and for more money than we expected. The closing was smooth.Amber knows her stuff and she truly went above and beyond for us. The Best Realtor Ever - A True Professional - Amazing Level of Service. Amber Russell was the best realtor I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many. I was going to do a For Sale by Owner and was looking for a stager. I saw some listings by Amber and loved the staging. I called her and asked who staged for her and learned that she did her own staging (free of charge!). She was so knowledgeable and experienced in my unique situation (cumbersome HOA rules for one) that I decided to hire her. I am soooo glad that I did! She is all about service. First, the staging was gorgeous, just perfect, very professional. And her husband and other family moved much of my furniture, stored it, hung drapes, and so much more. She provided a level of service we would all wish for, always there for me, guiding me through every step, providing great resource options (home inspection, termite inspection,etc.). She returns texts and phone calls very quickly. Her knowledge and skills are excellent. She helped me price my home perfectly and helped me negotiate when we received an offer. My house sold in 6 days for above the asking price. A superb experience!
