Mitzi, has been great throughout the home selling process. Her team have worked their tails off to get the price we wanted. When we thought about giving up, the right offer came in. Couldn’t have done it without the help and expertise of everyone at TeamLally. They make the process so easy, even a caveman could it. Way to go team. Their agents are super welling to work together and help when needed.

It has been our experience when selecting a realtor, you either look for positive reviews which strike a chord with your situation or an acquaintance suggests an individual or company of which they have had a good experience. When it came time to sell our home, a sales agency was selected based upon reviews. Fortunately for my bride and I, the reviews we considered all pointed to one stand-out agency, Team Lally. Specifically, we worked with Adrienne, Attilio, Alesia, and Howard. All these individuals operated as a cohesive unit, first with determining fair market value of our property, providing a sales strategy, identifying key potential buyers, working honestly to reach an acceptable sales price for both buyer and seller and lastly to expeditiously close the sale. During the entire process, there was never an instance when we wondered what the status was of marketing, negotiation or closing. Literally, a sale without muss or fuss. Rey Wolmers and Alesia Borja provided exceptional and professional service in selling our home. They always made us feel like a priority with their continual follow up and responsiveness to all our questions. Whenever we had a question, Alesia and Rey would respond same day. Their knowledge in their profession gave us the reassurance that we were getting the right information to make the best decisions. We were in a tight situation in needing to sell, rent, and buy a home; "Team Lally to the rescue" not even covid could stop this Team. These folks are Top Shelf from day one to closing they're service is- impeccable to the highest standards. These are the traits that stood out to me and impressed me everyday: Very effective communicators to all involved; High Tech knowledge and skill without losing the personal touch; Real estate IQ like Einstein. Attilio and Adrienne's leadership and mentoring is as impeccable as their service. This is evident by the chemistry of the whole team. I remember on day one I read on their wall something about "creating an experience" - That they did and if i had to do it again I'd experience Team Lally all over again without a doubt.

Alesia Borja was our initial contact at Team Lally in Kapolei. She was excellent in describing the whole process of listing a home and the sales process. She was very encouraging and knowledgeable about the real estate market in Hawaii. She later visited our home and gave a complete and detailed assessment of what we could do to enhance our home for future buyers. She emphasized the importance of de-cluttering (which we will take to heart!)One final point: we were greeted with a “welcome card” with our names on it....very classy! We look forward to working with Alesia and based on our experience thus far, would definitely recommend her to others!

Selling a house can be very stressful, ESPECIALLY if it is your first time (such as my case), but Attilio, Adrian, and Alesia are AMAZING at what they do! My sell was a bit more complex than a normal sell because of title paperwork, covid-19, and my timeframe, but they managed to get it listed and sold! They are ALWAYS very professional, quick to respond with any calls or emails, willing/able to answer ALL my millions of questions, and overall making the process of selling my house as smooth as possible. If you need anything in regards to real estate services, you NEED to reach out to Team Lally. You will be so happy that you did!

When people say, “trust the process”, this is exactly what Team Lally did for us. Our home listed on Nov 11 and closed on Jan 30. What set them apart was their marketing strategy. A thorough market analysis set our optimum starting price point. Also, we were kept in the loop throughout the process. Furthermore, we were extremely impressed on how they used technology to advertise our property and track views on potential buyers. Team Lally has a formula for success!
