All these individuals operated as a cohesive unit, first with determining fair market value of our property, providing a sales strategy, identifying key potential buyers, working honestly to reach an acceptable sales price for both buyer and seller and lastly to expeditiously close the sale. During the entire process, there was never an instance when we wondered what the status was of marketing, negotiation or closing. Literally, a sale without muss or fuss. Alesia Borja was our initial contact at Team Lally in Kapolei. She was excellent in describing the whole process of listing a home and the sales process. She was very encouraging and knowledgeable about the real estate market in Hawaii. She later visited our home and gave a complete and detailed assessment of what we could do to enhance our home for future buyers. She emphasized the importance of de-cluttering (which we will take to heart!)One final point: we were greeted with a “welcome card” with our names on it....very classy! Selling a house can be very stressful, ESPECIALLY if it is your first time (such as my case), but Attilio, Adrian, and Alesia are AMAZING at what they do! My sell was a bit more complex than a normal sell because of title paperwork, covid-19, and my timeframe, but they managed to get it listed and sold! They are ALWAYS very professional, quick to respond with any calls or emails, willing/able to answer ALL my millions of questions, and overall making the process of selling my house as smooth as possible.
