Bart Sloan and Ginger helped us sell 2 properties in Las Vegas. They are extremely knowledgeable about the real estate business and both houses sold within a day of being listed and at above the listing price. They made the entire process so easy which was a relief to us as we live another state. Communication was excellent at every step of the way. We highly recommend Bart and Ginger--we really believe that the sale of the properties would have been more difficult and we wouldn't have had the successful outcome that we did have had it not been for Bart and Ginger. Both Ginger and Bart at Aaron Taylor Real Estate helped greatly with the sale of my home. The house sold with in 3 days at way over Zillow and other realtors sale estimates. My wife and I recently sold our house and purchased a condominium with the proceeds. Bart Sloan was our listing agent. We told him we wanted our house priced to sell quickly and we had two offers within the first two days. Our house was appraised for almost exactly what Bart said it would be and we sold it for above our initial asking price.Ginger White handled the sale of our house and despite some tricky timing issues with our buyers was able to close the sale in time to facilitate the purchase of our condominium. She was very focused and attentive to our needs and kept us informed of the progress of the transaction. Our buyer’s agent was Michelle Moreno, who helped us narrow down our specific needs and we found the perfect condominium that checked all of the boxes on the first day we toured properties. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful and skillfully negotiated the timing of our purchase. Overall, our experience with “The Real Estate Guys” was very positive. We were pleased with how quickly and smoothly both transactions went.

Yvonne and Ginger were PROS at selling our previous home and walking us through buying a new one. Yvonne helped us find our perfect home and helped put our minds at ease by explaining every step to expect, timelines, etc. Ginger then immediately contacted us to hand hold us through the rest of our journey. They were both extremely responsive and proactive and made the process so easy!
