We had an absolutely flawless experience working with Wendy. Her communication stands out most of all; we never had to wonder whether our messages would fall through the cracks. Wendy is absolutely fantastic. We have used her for four different transactions, buying (twice) and selling (twice). She is knowledgeable -- about the market and the process. She is practical. She is very patient. She is incredibly responsive. She has a wonderful attitude. Wendy is legitimately the best. She is so accessible, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable—there were so many things during the house buying/closing process that we wouldn't have thought of that she pro-actively looked into on our behalf. She also had referrals for any service we could possibly need, from roofers to foundation repairs to blind installation. I would recommend her to literally everyone and especially people within the LGBTQ+ community.
