He was positive and informative about different aspects involved with buying lots. These things Included septic tank info, sewer, prices, and location.
Blair was able to help us identify the appropriate price point to drive interest in the property. Within two weeks of the listing, we had two offers in hand.
We sold our home through Blair 3 days after putting it on the market. Our initial contact with him was a random contact from him letting us know he had sold other houses in our neighborhood and was available to provide a market analysis on our home if we wanted. At the time, maybe a year or more before we actually sold, we were not ready to start the process. However Blair kept up with us on a regular basis and when we were ready he came by our house on a convenient evening to talk about market conditions and what made sense to list our home at. Also, he was very adamant on making your house showroom ready and so we got a small 5x10 conditioned storage room to hold a small amount of furniture and pictures that might make our house seem more cluttered or full. Also his photographer did a great job capturing our home for the market pictures. His team kept up with us and we usually got a response within the day, although texting seemed more reliable than calling his team. No complaints about Blair and recommend him and his staff.
Blair helped us secure a contract on our home within 10 days. He helped us to stage it for visual & space appeal, which we feel was the key factor. When the buyers backed out of the purchase, Blair relisted it immediately & secured a contract again in less than a week. He reassured & advised us throughout the entire process. I wish we had used The Taylor Team years ago when we sold our previous home, we feel like it would have been a much smoother process. If we ever decide to sell our current home, we will definitely call them again.
We met one of Blair's associates, Monica Beltran while we were visiting an Open House. Monica was one of the few that followed up to find out if we had any more questions. We discussed our "wish list" and the fact that my mother would be moving in with us. We later talked to Drew Taylor and Blair as well. Together the three of them found the perfect house for us! Monica was at all of our walk-thru's and she often suggested questions we had not thought to ask. We are almost ready to list our old house, and when we do, we will use this term to sell as well.
