My cousin referred us to the Duley Group. We worked directly with Cody Duley as well as Jon Craine. We currently live on an island and were looking to retire to the Bella Vista area. Cody's energy and enthusiasm made searching for our home exciting. The market is hot and homes are sold the day they go on the market which was frustrating, but Cody kept her spirits high and continued onward until we finally found a home. Jon would do a video walk through if Cody wasn't available. He'd drive all over the place to show us the area. It was easy to trust both Cody and Jon through this process. We've bought many homes in our 40 years together and I will say, Cody and Jon were the best we've worked with. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them
Cody Duley is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available homes in a very hot market. We live out of state so she did many video walk throughs for us and never hesitated to knock on a neighboring door if we requested, show us some sketchy spaces or drive around the block to show us the neighborhood. She's amazing, honest and forthright- no games. We've bought numerous homes and have dealt many other brokers and Cody by far is the best we've ever encountered. We feel so lucky that we found her!

Emily O'rourke did a fantastic job. She made this a very easy process from start to finish. I moved out of the state well before the closing date and she still managed to make it very easy and smooth! Definitely would recommend!

Though we had so many ups and downs, Diane never made us feel like a burden or pressure to do something that wasn’t the best fit all around for our family. Cody went above and beyond in helping us find a house. She even put our needs before her own! We had to be a bit picky, but she never complained after showing us house after house and was completely understanding about our requests. She made sure we understood all of the little details about house buying and made sure to work out a good deal with the sellers for us. She is a delight to work with and never minded when we had to bring our kids with us (in fact, she always made them feel welcomed too). We were very pleased with the company as a whole, definitely would recommend.
