We contacted Sylvia with a question about a property we liked that was outside our ideal area. In other words, we were window shopping and many agents would not even waste their time on us, especially in this hot housing market where agents are barely keeping up with their serious clients. However, Sylvia replied within minutes and promised to get us an answer to our question, which she did a few hours later. This lead to some further inquiries that, in our experience, would take many agents several days to research, but Sylvia worked with the property owner to get us responses in less than a day. In the end, this property was not the best match for our needs, but my wife and I walk away impressed with Sylvia's great and friendly service.
