Ryan sold a house for an older relative of mine. He did an outstanding job throughout the process and kept me completely informed as I was the closest relative to the seller. He also went above and beyond, working around my relative's travel schedule for open houses, and assisting her after the fact as she moved to new housing by helping her sort out personal belongings to keep and dispose of, and much more. Supremely professional and always calm, it was a pleasure working with Ryan. Highly recommended.

After interviewing a few potential agents to help us list our family's home, we selected Ryan to represent us and I'm glad we did! From the get-go, he was interested in learning about the house, the situation, and goals. He helped us prep, price, and get the house on the market quickly. We had offers within a week, and quickly went into escrow. Home inspections revealed some curveballs and we had to locate an alternative buyer, but that only took another week. Timelines won't always be this fast, but what I appreciated was Ryan's proactive work, high levels of communication (text / phone / email), and straightforward dealings. I recommend Ryan for anyone that is interested in buying or selling in the greater Mesa Verde market as he knows the area well, and will go to work for you.

Ryan Knapp is the realtor you need to use. Our family was looking for a home in Mesa Verde for quite a bit and stumbled upon Ryan at an open house (right before the pandemic). Thank goodness we did! He proved to be extremely knowledgeable about every neighborhood in Mesa Verde, and pretty much knew every house floor plan (and what upgrades/modifications have been done or could be done).Once we were under contract on our house (which he sourced off-market for us), Ryan's experience helped navigate and schedule all necessary due diligence items for us - making it a very smooth process in what could be an overwhelming experience.You will not regret working with Ryan.
