I had the pleasure of working with Ruby Poole to buy my first home and I can’t recommend her highly enough! As a first time homeowner I had a lot of questions and concerns and Ruby was there to support me every step of the way. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market, patient in addressing all of my concerns and was always available when I needed help. I had only six weeks to relocate my entire family across the country so that my daughter could start her new school on time. Ruby not only helped me to find the perfect house but she made sure to keep things moving so we could close on time. As you can imagine this was a very stressful time. I am so grateful that we had Ruby to help us get through this challenging time.

I have had the please of working with Ruby for several years. She helped me close on my very 1st home in 2020 and just helped me with my 2nd one. She is kind, thoughtful and always willing to help assist you. Anytime I needed her or had questions she was there. I cant thank her and her team enough for the support and expertise they provided to my family and I. I would recommend her again and again - 10 outta 10!!!

Great experience working with the Ruby Poole team at Collier & Associates. We had the pleasure of working with Greg Johnson. He was morethan helpful in finding us a home we needed. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great home that fit right in our price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Ruby is absolutely Amazing. We have moved over 11 times and Ruby is by far the best agent we have ever used to both buy and sell a home. You can’t find a more dedicated genuine wonderful person. You will be pleased if you decide to go with her. We have recommended her to close friends and work acquaintance and all agree she is the best. She spent countless hours of researching properties that met our needs. Helped us locate the perfect home. Spent additional time giving us an overview of the community since we were new to the area. That was in 2016. Present day she has listed our home and has created the best way to market our house. She has also shown us multiple properties until we found the perfect house. She helped create offer and the entire process has went smooth from beginning to end.

I can’t speak highly enough of Ruby. She helped me find the house of my dreams from over 1500 miles away. To have someone you can trust in a situation like that is priceless. Not only is she just trust worthy, she’s honest, fair, professional and extremely warm hearted. From the first phone call to the welcoming package of gifts I arrived to. From negotiating a purchase to making sure I was satisfied with the my decisions long after purchase, she has been amazing. I don’t consider her someone I made a business transaction with, but I genuinely consider her my first friend in Northwest Arkansas. To anyone looking to relocate, whether from across the country or down the street I highly recommend giving Ruby a chance. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I can’t express my gratitude for her desire to make my life better. She’s an astonishing person to work with.

I couldn’t recommend Ruby enough. As a first time home buyer (and buying from half a state away), Ruby guided us through the search, offer, close, and beyond for our home. She is amazing. We had a hard time finding a home we loved, but she was patient with us, helped us cram in home visits when we could make it to town, and when one came on the market we were excited about, she jumped, gave us a video/FaceTime tour, and helped us put in the offer that same day. We wouldn’t have gotten the place without her quick action and care - interest in the place took off immediately. Ruby has been our go-between and guide, reassured us as we negotiated, and has been just amazingly cheerful and knowledgeable and supportive and kind. We couldn’t be happier we found her!
