Thirteen years ago, after retiring, we decided to move to Raleigh from Virginia. With only general familiarity with the area, we needed professional guidance, and found Renee on the net. Considering our budget and lifestyle, she recommended Apex. We loved the place and Renee helped us buy a home within walking distance of the downtown -- one of our priorities. When we bought another house in Charlotte last last year to be closer to grandchildren, we unhesitatingly turned to Renee to sell our Apex home. While we were mainly living in Charlotte, Renee arranged contractor work, did market research, and staging. She quickly secured an offer we accepted, and successfully addressed a novel buyer concern applying diligence, experience, and expertise. After closing, we told Renee that she had treated us like a daughter and that we couldn't think of higher praise.
