What a fortunate choice we made when we selected The Millman Team to sell our long-time family home in Torrance. Everything went right and nothing went wrong. Ray, Thomas, Jon, and the entire Millman Team handled every step of the process promptly and accurately, while always maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. Ray, Thomas, and Jon all went out of their way to accommodate our need to handle this sale remotely. Our initial meeting with them was in-person at the residence. But as we had to move out-of-town the next day, they handled the rest of the sales process (prepping, listing, showing, offers, counter-offers, mobile notary, and closing) without a hitch, keeping us appraised of every step by phone, text, or e-mail. Whatever stress or anxiety we may have felt before listing the house quickly disappeared once The Millman Team was involved. The house sold quickly and for more than our asking price. Thomas and Ray helped me sell a condo. From beginning to end, they were great. They listened to and addressed all of my concerns. They gave great advice on repairs/upgrades and even helped coordinate all the contractors. Their strategies on marketing and listing price were sound, and the unit sold for more than we expected. From listing to closing, Ray and his team were there to answer all my questions and keep me informed of the progress. He knew all the right trades people to get the property ready for sale. I had a complicated situation & needed someone with a great deal of experience. I was the trustee for my sister and responsible for selling her property in a short period of time. It was priced properly & we had multiple offers. He helped me select the best one & we closed on time. He went out of his way to make it as least stressful as possible.
