This was my second time having Peter as my agent to help me purchase a home. There was a reason I came back to Peter and he did not disappoint this time around either. He is a go-getter and guided me and my fiancée throughout the entire process. He gets the answers to any and all questions with promptness and ensures your process is as smooth as possible. From setting up and attending showings, to always making sure we were up to date on any information, Peter is a pleasure to work with. I will be using him for all of my home buying in the future!

Over the years I've worked with quite a few Agents and I can say that Peter is one of the best I've ever worked with. He was always cool, calm and collected on every aspect of the buying & selling process. We've now used him three times and was always professional, responsive at all times. Peter helped us sell a home remotely in the Charleston, SC suburbs. I cannot overstate how great our experience with Peter was and his willingness to help meet with and manage service providers we had coming out to the house to get it prepared to sell. Peter's knowledge of the markets in the Charleston area, his responsiveness and his patience guiding us through the process were 2nd to none. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone looking for a realtor to help them sell their home.

When my brother passed in 2021, Peter was referred to us by our probate attorney. That was the best referral possible. We had a total of 5 properties in two different counties and Peter took the reins and guided us through the sales. We sold the first property in April of 2022 and sold the final property Jan 2024. Peter put a lot of time and effort into helping us and we very much appreciate his helpfulness and steadfast work ethic to get these properties sold. Not to mention we live out of state approximately a 12 hour drive to South Carolina and he handled all of the transactions without a flaw (all closings done at home no travel to SC). I cannot say enough about Peter's handling my late brother's real estate, but also his personal concern with our family's loss and a positive outcome in these matters. I would not hesitate to refer Peter and Carolina One to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. Five Stars isn't enough to represent Peter's work he did for us. Thanks Peter.

Peter was amazing! His professionalism was top tier! There are so many great real estate agents in the Charleston area, but Peter and his team are in another league. He was able to maximize our profits due to his in-depth knowledge of construction and marketing. When we received our inspection report back, he was able to clear half of the line items on that report quickly just by having extensive experience in home renovations and mechanical systems. He's worth so much more than what we paid him! We will be using him again!

Peter provided the time and assistance I (a first-time home buyer) needed to make the experience exciting and attainable. He took the time to know me and what I was looking for, and used that with his excellent knowledge of the area to show me homes (and eventually help me attain a home) that I was genuinely interested in. He was always available for a phone call, text, or facetime, and answered all of my many questions with patience and warmth. He truly went above and beyond in his time, dedication, and advocacy throughout the process. He provided professional guidance and insights that helped me feel supported and confident.
