I highly recommend Mike for your home buying or selling needs! He is so quick to answer questions, provide support, great suggestions for preparing your home to sell! He brought in a great photographer, pre inspection before listing, brought in buyers that were well prepared! My home was priced appropriately and moved so fast! Great experience even during this uncertain time!

This is a year late due to misunderstanding that my fiancé was doing the review. My fiancé and I, were new to the real estate world July 2018. We both had never owned a home. Fortunately we were paired with Mike when we wanted to become home owners. He was extremely patient, personable, helpful, and made the stressful process a lot less stressful. He always got back to us with our questions in a timely manner. He kept us updated as listings became available on the market. There was an incident with the sellers taking something that was sold with the house to us, Mike personally wrote a check to cover what we had lost as a result of the sellers action. Mike does not want anyone being taken advantage of and is all around fair. He helped us find the perfect home and made buying a house enjoyable. If the time comes to sell and buy again, no questions asked we will be contacting Mike.

Mike, first off he’s the best realtor in the area hands down you don’t get any better then Mike. I have used Mike 3 times 2 buys and one sale transaction. His care for his clients, knowledge of the area, knowledge of real estate process, negation skills, fast response time in a tough market, and commitment to you blows my mind away. I would never go to anyone else for a realtor. 8 months 30 plus houses and at least 4 offers. Mike never skipped a beat, or treated us disrespectfully, or lost patience/interest with us.He was spot on with all of his information. People complain about paying commission, well I tell you he was worth every penny in my opinion.

We fully recommend Mike. Mike was able to make our family comfortable through out this process and did not overwhelm us at all. We had issues with our loan officer and Mike was able to do more than he needed to with him as well. Overall, Mike makes it a comfortable experience and is always looking out for your best interests. It's nice getting to know a person while going through this process, and Mike is a quality person. Me and my wife are grateful for him helping us get our first house.
