Michelle did an outstanding job in selling our home. She came recommended to me a family member and I feel so lucky that she was. She has an amazing eye for detail when prepping and selling a house - able to point out small things that could use and improvements and note things that were totally fine. From the moment she stepped into our home she was very kind and flattering with how much love and care we had put into it. She acts with care and professionalism... She was always easy to reach and quick to reply to our questions. We could text her and receive a response back almost immediately. She is totally approachable and was very compassionate and patient in lieu of what can be a somewhat difficult and emotional experience. She explained the selling process to us with ease and had excellent communication skills. I would highly recommend her to anyone interest in either buying or spelling a home. In the end her experience really helped during price negotiations. We were unsure of how to proceed and she was able to help us thanks to her years of experience. She had insight and guidance on what to except - leading us to an even greater profit on our house.

Michelle doesn’t respond back to potential renters . I’ve reached out over 3 times without a response to a property for viewing. I waited over a week for a response still haven’t heard back . Very unprofessional and unresponsive. I’m now going to be working with someone else in the company, that was vey nice to me.
