Awful She was good about selling my house but helping me buy a house was the worst experience I have ever had I had to buy a house I hate that turned out to be full of roaches

We love Melissa! She is so fun and always keeps what we want in mind and she responds so fast to each inquiry! My husband and I have had such an enjoyable time house hunting and she makes it possible for us to see whatever house we want at any time we want. Deffinitly recomend her to anyone who is seriously buying a house she will be very important in the proccess!

On time. Cheerful. Genuine. I’ve dealt with many realtors over the years Melissa ranks right towards the top she’s sincere helpful and follows through on her commitments she expedited the closing and gave me all utilities phone numbers so I would not have to do it myself

She was the first and only Realtor my Wife and I dealt with. She was fantastic we closed very quick and she took us to see the house before we bought anytime. She is also a good friend who checks up with me and the family off an on. I have recommended her to many of my friends and will in the future use her again !

I would recommend Melissa to ANYONE buying a home. She is so efficient and will work hard to show you the house of your dreams. She kept me well informed and made the entire buying process a piece of cake. She is a 5 star person and a 5 Star real estate agent!

Ms Anderson guided me and my wife thru a very difficult time in dealing with the buyers agent Mr Brian Pillow whose actions and unprofessional attitude almost caused the entire deal to be cancelled. Ms Andersons professionalism and calm demeanor was insrtrumental in the successful closing of the selling of our house. Not only did she see us thru the closing, she helped us find a new house that we're very happy with. Ms Anderson, in addition to seeing us thru the closing of our house, made sure that the buyers of the Delilah st house was satisfied with the purchase and offered to answer any questions they might have. We were very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend Ms Anderson to anyone that has need of real estate services.

Melissa went well above and beyond the call of duty to make the process smooth. I am a single parent of a special needs child and the moving process for my child was extremely difficult but Melissa made sure everything was handled so my son had his room again. If it had been a different realtor I would have given up on the process but her professionalism made it easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND her for your next home.
