I'm not sure where to begin with my praises for MMB as a realtor. We took her through the wringer and considered various locations along Hwy 280/119, in and around Chelsea Park, Highland Lakes, Meadowbrook, and back again...FOR YEARS! We were content to be opportunistic, which is the last thing a realtor wants to hear, but she was gracious and patient. Our "need" and "want" list were CHALLENGING to find. She was relentless in her search to find us the "perfect house" that checked all the boxes. One house would check a couple of boxes, but not all. Another would be a nice try, but not for us. I was exhausted for her, but she never wavered in her diligence or drive to help us find the home we were looking for. After SHE MADE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR OUR DREAM HOME HAPPEN, the process to the closing table was nothing short of easy due to circumstances outside of her or our control. However, she still made the entire process smooth for us, and there is ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ELSE I would want representing me through the buying or selling of a home. She knows her stuff and has connections that make buying or selling a home SIMPLE. We used her for both, and she will be our first phone call if/when we need to do it again.
