Initially we met Lisa because she was the listing agent of a house we were interested in. We quickly could see that she knew the area very well and she was extremely attentive to our needs and found us great homes to look at and didn’t waste our time with houses that wouldn’t work. We were also very impressed with her work ethic. We were in quite a rush to find a home. Lisa promised she would help us find a great home in our short time frame. She delivered. We needed to find a place in less than two months as my wife and I had just been relocated to Canton for work. On top of that, we were looking for a new home from six hours away. When we came up to Canton to walk through prospective houses we had marathon days planned and Lisa was not phased. She was happy to show us houses in the snow and through long hours. After looking for several very long weekends we found the house. We put in an offer and it was accepted! The paperwork went smoothly, then the inspection came. We were devastated when the inspection came back with issues we thought needed to be addressed before purchasing the home. There was little to left in our short time frame and we were six hours away, it was going to be incredibly difficult to work with contractors to make the necessary repairs. Lisa coordinated with the selling agent and made the necessary moves to put the repairs into motion. Crisis averted! Lisa delivered on her promise and we closed on the house on time. We are very happy in our new cozy home thanks to Lisa. She greatly exceeded our expectations, she really went above and beyond and found us a great home.
