I had only purchased one home, forty three years ago. I knew nothing about what to do. But there was Maryann Honeyman. Through every detail, she led me with astounding expertise and more astounding care. All amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. I was living in Orinda, California. Maryann helped me explore houses in and around Salem, Oregon. She listened intently to my wishes and found a beautiful home in Salem that fit my dreams. A gorgeous kitchen in an open space house with a superb island, a delightful living room, a deck, two bedrooms and two baths. All exquisite. Separated by over 500 miles, Maryann led me through the house with Face-Time, room by room, answering every question I asked. When our first offer was rejected in place of another, Maryann submitted the paperwork to have ours listed as the “second” offer. A week later, our offer was accepted. Maryann’s superb assistance was only beginning. She led me step by step through the entire process of purchasing the house. I was convinced I was her only client; that was the level of attention Maryann gave to me and that purchase. Obviously, she had many others. And getting to know Maryann, I realize she provides that “one of kind” attention to each.
