Laura is the best! She asked questions of the home builder that we hadn’t even thought to ask. She knows how to get the most for her clients. She was quick to respond to our needs and concerns, and if she didn’t know the answer, she did her research to get the answer for us. She helped us through the entire process. After 27 years of not being in the real estate market we couldn’t have purchased our dream home with so little stress had it not been for Laura’s efforts, knowledge, and experience. She provided numerous top quality resources throughout the process. Laura is very personable, works with you to understand your needs and desires, and then sets out to fulfill your needs and desires. Laura was absolutely wonderful throughout our first home buying experience. She guided us through some extremely complicated nondisclosure problems that arose with our first contract. Laura went above and beyond and worked tirelessly to dig up as much info as possible and keep us informed throughout the process. When that contract fell through 3 days before closing (due to seller), she found us an even better property and we were under contract less than a month later--in this tight market that is amazing. We can't say enough good things about Laura's diligence, knowledge, and kindness, ad we recommend her to all of our friends looking to buy in the area.
