Our experience with Laney Ross was amazing! He was very responsive to our request to view homes. Within a matter of hours, he sent over pictures of possible listings. Within a matter of days we were viewing the homes we selected. Within a matter of weeks we had narrowed down our selection and made an offer. Laney was receptive to our multiple viewings of the same home and was very knowledgeable about the property. Laney and his staff were very professional, helpful and efficient. Knowledge of the local market and targeting potential buyers to your home is key to a successful sale. Laney did just that for us. Selling a unique home can be challenging so, knowing the house and knowing the buyer produces "win-win" results.Laney knew the key areas in our house that needed to be upgraded. As a result, we remodeled the necessary areas and it sold quickly. Providing a house that is ready to move in to for a family set us apart from the other homes on the market. I highly recommend Laney Ross to be your real estate agent. It paid off for us.

Laney is great, but if it’s you’re first time buying a house make sure you know everything on what you’re doing. I had no clue about the closing cost until I was already under contract

Laney was consistently kind as well as very well informed. He provided excellence guidance and support throughout the entire process. The only wrong notes came from his associates. In the video created to advertise the house, the audio was completely uncoordinated with the images: the creator just read the description already on the website as photos cycled in random order, rather than timing the audio descriptions to match the images being shown. Not helpful. And one associate had to be reminded to lock the doors after showings. But the house sold in a reasonable time at a mutually agreeable price, which was the important thing..

I grew up in the valley, and I know Laney is well known. I bought my first house from him in March of 2020. Due to having to move for employment reasons I had to list the same house in the same year. Most people would take a loss in a situation like this, but with Laney knowledge of the area and great negotiation skills I was able to make a profit off the home sale. Laney does not disappoint, and his recommendation on brokers for the sale was excellent I am even using them to buy my house in Columbus now. Thank you so much for your hard work and patience with this transaction Laney.
