Kimberly was the Greatest! She worked with us on pricing our home. She was excellent in photography of our house and property. She helped selling furniture we weren’t moving with us. She kept us informed of the closing procedures since we were not present at the closing. Highly recommend Taylor Realtor.

Kimberly and her team are AWESOME! She took care of everything in selling our home...and we were living over 700 miles away! She was very genuine and friendly and was confident we could sell our home in 4 months. While the home was in her care, a main water pipe busted underground. She moved quickly and arranged for repairs and the price was even REASONABLE! She also fixed a few minor things that came up after we left. We had no worries with her capable hands. And she has an extremely capable team! Austin was a wonderful asset! He would call and text me often to keep me informed of updates or questions and just to help me understand things before I had paperwork to be e-signed. And you know what? Once I left HSV,AR to head to TX, we did not have to return for anything! And she did indeed sell our home in 4 months! We even got a higher price than we expected to! ??Just Amazing! Don’t hesitate to let these folks take care of you...because “take care of you” they will!!!Lori Martinez

Kim Taylor, and all of Taylor Realty Group, provided a team effort that resulted in our relocating from out of state to Hot Springs Village. What was most impressive about Kim is her ability to listen and respond to the requests we had. The day after first meeting her and sharing our preferences, she was able to setup house visits that appealed to our sweet spot, and we found the house we bid on after two days with Kim. Because TRG represented both the seller and us, we got to experience the entire TRG team and that turned out to be a most delightful experience.

Kim went above and beyond for us. We bought a house in Hot Springs from out of state (which is not an easy task). She was super knowledgeable about the area, answered my million questions, and got to know us on a personal level to get a feel for what we were really looking for. Her explanation thru the buying process was super helpful as well. If you are looking for a top notch real estate agent that is not in it just for themselves, I would highly recommend her and her team.

Kim was Amazing to work with. She listed our lake home in Hot Springs, AR and had it under contract in 48 hours! The process was seemless....from the listing, pictures, showing, contract and right tp the day of closing! She thought of every detail so we did not have to! She was also very effecient and responsive with any questions I had throughout the entire process! She was a God sent to us and very Thankful for the knowledge, professionalism and experience she brought!
