Our experience with Deb was excellent in every way. Throughout the entire process, we appreciated Deb's professional and friendly way about her. Right from the beginning of our interactions with her on the phone, all the way to meeting up with personally, we felt at peace and it was easy to put our trust in her. Our situation involved relocating about 1000 miles, our home had sold quickly, and we had been looking for just the right place for a number of months in varying areas in Arkansas. Knowing that Deb lived in the HSV area for many years helped us to feel quite at ease checking out HSV. Her knowledge of the area, the HSV history and governance items shared with us, helped greatly in making our decision to checkout and ultimately relocate in HSV. It was extremely refreshing to experience the kind of A1 customer service that was all so common decades ago but seems a rarity these days. Deb made that happen with ease. She was responsive, informative, precise with her answers and very understanding of our situation. She was great at listening to our wants, needs and concerns. As mentioned, this was not an easy process given the coordination, timing and budget limitations we had to navigate, but Deb really helped and guided us through the entire time. She was a listening and compassionate ear when needed, as well as a seasoned real estate professional. We recommend Deb very highly indeed!

We used Deb to purchase our land 6+ years ago, she was absolutely amazing to work with back then. Through some trails and running into issues with our build, we reached back out to Deb, she was again amazing, she took us to see some houses, gave us advice on build and patiently awaiting us to follow up with her. Through many options and things we tried, we finally accepted that the build was not in God's plan for us. Deb jumped right in and went to work with us to look at many houses, to find our forever home, that met our needs, and tried to fill the void of walking away from our dream of building. We found our forever home, we absolutely love it, Deb went above and beyond to help ease this heart break. She listed our land for us when we started house searching and had inquiries on it within hours and a offer in it in less than a day. Deb was there every step of the way, in constant contact, help with understanding of things, answering questions for us, addressing concerns, giving guidance every step of the process. Within a week she showed me around 17–20 properties and was incredibly patient throughout the process.
