Such a great experience. Kevin was knowledgeable and very responsive to all my questions and was really helpful with letting me know what were standard things for offers as well as what the market was doing in Duluth with the homes in my price range. He was great about speaking with the sellers and communicating with me about their offers and why they were selling and things to look for in my older home.He was wonderful to work with and I would gladly use him as an agent again in a future buy.

If you are either looking to buy or sell a home Kevin is the agent for you! We have purchased 2 and sold 1 home with Kevin. While looking at houses he was super attentive and with his knowledge in the field he was able to point out some areas of concern we may have over looked. He really listens to what you are looking for and helped us land our dream home. When it came to the sale of our home he was honest and gave us realistic pricing. Which we really appreciated. When we decided to move from Phoenix to Duluth the idea of buying a house across the country sight unseen was scary. Luckily Kevin made every part of the process as easy as possible. Kevin has been a friend for years, and after following his Instagram for years we knew he was the only choice for a realtor in Duluth. He finds every nook and cranny in the houses he shows, which was absolutely necessary for us. As first time buyers we didn’t really know what we were getting into, but Kevin broke down everything for us, and helped us create a competitive offer that landed us a house within the first weeks of our search, a miracle in this summer 2021 market. He also helped facilitate an early move in for us, which was a lifesaver for our family. We loved that Kevin made sure we understood everything going on and was always available to answer any questions. He was so flexible with our needs, and a much needed calming presence during what was a very chaotic time. We absolutely love our home, and the neighborhood. Our family is going to be happy for years to come in our beautiful new house thanks to Kevin.

Oh, let me count the ways! Kevin was beyond superb from the very first contact with him to the final sale. I interviewed 4 realtors, and immediately was impressed. He came to my house with homework already done, and was extremely observant, and professional. I was alarmed at first by the high value he put on my house—higher than the other three, but he appeared to know what he was doing. And he did…my house sold for even more than the price he put on it. I had done my research, looked online for reviews, talked to a former realtor, and everything pointed to his skill and professionalism.
