Absolutely the best experience with Kenny. We are first time home buyers, and he was sure to explain everything we needed to know, from what red flags to look for in a house, to what offer would give us the best deal with the highest chance of acceptance. He really knows his stuff, and didn't let the other side push us around. Plus he bent over backwards to give us a quick close, which was a condition from the seller. So great to work with him.

Kenny was amazing to work with. Incredibly professional and responsive. He has the heart of a teacher and explained everything as we went. Zero pressure and no sales tactics. He just gave me the details and let me make the decision. We had a difficult seller and he went to bat for us multiple times to get us the best deal possible. He is also very patient and understanding of any and all questions. I got an education as well as getting a home. 5/5!

Kenny was wonderful to work with! We started our search for a home while living across the country and he was very experienced with conducting walk-throughs over facetime that gave us a great sense of the home and neighborhood. He was also very knowledgeable and careful to point out potential issues with the house or property that we wouldn't have noticed or known about until after we were under contract and had paid for an inspection. We highly recommend Kenny!

Kenny is Amazing! My wife and I looked at a lot of houses and Kenny was more than happy to help out even when some of the houses were not considered in his area. He was still willing to help even if it meant he wasn't going to get anything out of it. If you are looking for a house I highly recommend Kenny. Looking for a house was a smooth process and Kenny gave us all and any information we asked for.
