The day of the pictures came and Kate was able to get the best photographs to highlight my home which yielded 30 families touring my home and resulted in an offer that I accepted. Katie was amazing through the entirety of our house hunting. We started looking during a pandemic, when real estate was at its most competitive. This did not deter Katie, and when we were feeling helpless about our search, she did not give up and refused to let us give up. She was willing to meet later at night, due to our work schedules. She takes the time to get to know what someone is looking for in a house, and her hunches were always spot on. She booked houses to show us that she thought we would like, and the one we ended up buying was one of her picks. We hit quite a few hiccups along the way, especially during our home buying process, but Katie stepped up and did everything she could to secure the house we now call our home.

I had been thinking about buying my first home, which can be a scary process. Let alone, we were in the midst of a pandemic and my current lease was expiring. Kate understood my situation and within a day or two, she had lined up appointments! It took my a bit to find what I was looking but during the home search Kate always met me with patience, guidance, and a warm, friendly smile. Kate is a top-notch realtor. I was not from the area and had to find an apartment from 2,000+ miles across the U.S. I had tried doing business with a couple realtors before finding Kate, but these experiences involved a lot of let downs. I can say that Kate is a very hard worker, keeps her word, finds what you're looking for, responds promptly, and manages logistical aspects of the renting market with ease, making your transition as seamless as possible.
