Stephanie and Michelle were with us every step of the way in our move to the Milford CT area, first in informing us about a very nice property which we couldn't close on because of the owner's not being able to find a place to move to, then in arranging our actual purchae of a home right acros the street from our daughter and her family. Stephanie was a neverending source of local references for tradespeople, legal help, and others indispensable in accomplishing the closing and the move, including realtors near the town we moved from, to help us sell our existing home. We recently sold our house and highly recommend Stephanie Ellison and her team! The staging and photos were very professional and made our home look extra nice! She was interested in all the features and upgrades of our home, to showcase them in the listing. Her personal and professional service was excellent. We have 2 rescued cats, and she and her team (Michelle and Kylie) provided extra special care for them by hosting all showings and ensuring the inside cats did run out an open door during showings.
