Karl and the Martone Group were dependable, knowledgeable and professional to work with. They made selling my home a seamless experience and alleviated any stressors. Karl negotiated a fair price for our home and a closing extension. He resolved a Title problem I had and helped with minor things like finding movers, a junk man, and installing updated smoke alarms. Karl came to my aid with whatever was needed and I would highly recommend him and his team!
