Top Notch Experience from start to finish!We started working with The Fitzpatrick Team in April of 2022 and by October we were closing on our dream summer property. When we knew we wanted to buy in RI there was no doubt who to call to help us make it a reality. Their superior knowledge of the area and overall market is unmatched. After my father passed away, because of the pandemic, I had to sell his Newport house remotely from where I live in Montana. The situation was very challenging all-around but the Fitzpatrick Team guided me the whole way and handled affairs expertly. The team filled me in on the particulars of the local market and offered valuable advice on how to get the property ready for sale at an attractive price. We put the house on the market and got an offer within a few days. Again, because of the remote nature of the sale from my end, I expected the closing to be a complicated process but the Fitzpatrick team greatly facilitated the process and everyone ended up extremely satisfied with the process.

Wow! The Fitzpatrick Team made selling my 3-family house such a breeze!The Fitzpatrick Team was extremely responsive to all calls, texts, emails and numerous questions I had from the initial concerns of how to prepare my house for sale, to arranging the photo-shoots with the tenants, assisting with the listing price (as they have a strong knowledge of the local area), & communicating with me every step of the way. My house was under contract, at full asking price, in 14-days! Need I say more?
