My parent died. My parent’s house was with another realtor as PRIVATE POCKET LISTING, NOT ON MLS, NO PRIVATE INFO DISSEMINATED of the decedent, house, or me, the Executrix. Probate file is private, must go to courthouse to ask for file if allowed.So I get a text ON MY PRIVATE NEW CELL TEL NUMBER, from Scott, wanting to sell/buy the house. How did he get my private info? My realtor assured me none of my private info public except on court probate file in courthouse. Scott says he got it from public forum. No. My realtor said, no. Now Scott keeps trying to not have truth out of having pestered me twice on my private cell tel, not to get out. People need to know that he disrespected this grieving family, obtained private info he should not have had as he was never contacted by me, and all he is worried about is his reputation, and that no one need know that he obtained private info of me, somehow…..not a nice way to do business. Unless WE call YOU, leave a grieving family alone, or any seller, alone.
