Kami was incredible to work with! I would recommend her over and over. She was so extremely attentive to us during our home buying and selling experience. She made everything a breeze during the process. She walked us through each and every step and always answered her phone for all our questions. She was also incredibly well connected to a multitude of contractors in the area for our different needs. House buying could have been way more stressful than it was and i definitely attribute that to her!

We were new to the Boise area and were looking for a home in an area with great schools. Kami was familiar with the area we were looking at and shared her personal and positive experience of the the different schools in the area.Kami is also familiar with the different recreational offerings in the East Boise area and shared her knowledge with us. Kami was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the purchasing and move-in process. We always knew what to expect and what was coming next during the home building and purchasing process. Kami remains engaged in the community and continues to share the East Boise experience with us and other clients. She does this through emails and and seasonal raffles involving local businesses.Kami does not forget about her past clients. Several times we have seen her out and about the neighborhood and she is always friendly and remembers us...sometimes with a yummy surprise. Kami has seen this area develop into what it is and she is a great resource. You won’t regret working with her.

We have utilized Kami for the purchase and sale of our last two homes (East Valley & The Rim). She demonstrated professionalism, integrity, solid negotiating skills that resulted in a multiple successful real estate transactions. She has a very strong work ethic and superb moral compass. She is flexible and adapts to change, as well as responding resourcefully to new demands and challenges. She takes responsibility for individual and team decisions and results. The construction completion date was extended for our home at the Rim, Kami quickly made all of the arrangements for us and our dog Jack, resulting in her bearing the burden of all costs. She is smart, kind, funny, and very easy to work with. It was a pleasure to work with her and if we pursue additional real estate transactions, she will be our Agent!!
