Just last week Justin Hertz got us across the finish line AGAIN, and I emphasize AGAIN. This was the third transaction he has handled for us in the past six years (two sales, one purchase). This last sale was four days on the market, 20-day escrow, and significantly over asking AGAIN. Why the impressive statistics? His economic and local-market knowledge is impeccable. This sale could have happened anytime in 2026, but the timing was his recommendation based on an assortment of market-driven factors that he presented for our consideration. All that 'smarts' aside, he is responsive, diligent, professional, and an outstanding negotiator and strategist.
